Robbie Kubr - Senior Pastor
Robbie joined the team at Gateway as the Senior Pastor in August of 2021. He knew about Jesus from an early age, but it wasn't until he was in high school that he finally decided to follow Him. Robbie graduated from Nebraska Christian College in 2005 with a BA in Biblical Studies and Youth Ministry and is currently working on an MA in Theological Studies at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. He has been in full-time church ministry for over 12 years, including ministries in South Dakota and Georgia before moving to Clarksville. Prior to being a senior pastor, Robbie led a variety of ministries within the churches he has served, including students, children, families, marriages, small groups, and communications.
Robbie married the love of his life, Jacquie, in 2004 and they have five children, two dogs, two lizards, and a toad. There is never a dull moment at their house! They love to spend time together outdoors, especially if they are hiking, kayaking or going to the beach. When he has spare time, Robbie loves playing and watching most sports (especially Nebraska football) and reading.
Robbie absolutely loves to help people discover and take their next steps with Jesus, especially through preaching and teaching the Bible. Whether you have been a believer all your life, not for very long, or not at all, Robbie would love to connect with you and hear your story.

Ben Jones - Associate Pastor
Ben graduated from Ozark Christian College with a Bachelor’s in Theology – New Testament and a Bachelor’s in Christian Ministry – Preaching. Ben felt the call to ministry when he was a junior in high school. It was under the influence of his youth minister, as well as the influence of the scriptures, that Ben felt called. Ben considers Ezekiel 2:1-8 to be a central text in his calling for ministry. Ben has previously served as Youth Minister at Community Christian Church of Nevada, MO, where he was youth minister for three years.
In 2023, Ben married the love of his life, Leah. They live in Clarksville and are excited about the future of Gateway and this community.
Ben grew up going to church, after his father, Brady, became a Christian when Ben was only two years old. Ben’s earliest memories are of Sunday school. When Ben was in middle school and high school, he spent some time running away from God, but found Him again when he began a mentoring relationship with his youth minister, Steve. It is because of the influence of this relationship that Ben wants to minister to teens, with the hope that they wouldn’t run away during this formative time in their life, but that their relationship with Christ would thrive.
Ben would love to get to know your teen! He, and the church, are excited to offer youth group on Wednesday nights from 6-8 PM. Ben is also always planning events, and is excited to get every teen in the church involved in youth group activities.

Jacquie Kubr - Children’s Pastor
Jacquie has worked the last 20 years serving children and families through social service and ministry roles. With a heart for guiding young hearts toward Jesus, she brings experience in family life ministry, counseling, and trauma-informed care.
Holding a BA degree in Family Life Ministry and a MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a specialty in trauma studies, Jacquie is equipped to walk alongside children and families through life’s joys and challenges. Her understanding of childhood development, emotional healing, and faith formation will allow her to create a ministry environment where every child feels safe, valued, and deeply loved by God. Whether leading Bible lessons, offering trauma-informed pastoral care, or equipping volunteers, her passion remains the same: to help families/children experience the transformative love of Christ.
Beyond her professional training, Jacquie has varied life experiences that have brought increased perspective and insights. As a missionary in Haiti and later a care provider to Third Culture Kids, she developed a heart for cross-cultural ministry and community care. Her journey as a foster and adoptive parent and parent of five children—including one with an intellectual disability—has given her firsthand insight into the complexities and beauty of raising children with unique needs.
When not serving in ministry, Jacquie enjoys outdoor adventures, traveling the world, and cherishing time with her family and friends.
Gateway is equipped with a children's wing called the KidZone for Sunday service where Jacquie and our amazing team of volunteers would be honored to serve your children on Sundays at 10 am.
